Re-Arranging and Copying Tree Nodes

Tree Nodes can be re-arranged using drag and drop. Select a tree node and drag it to the location where you want it. If you want to copy nodes instead of moving them, drag the nodes while holding the Control key (Option key on Mac).

It is also possible to copy and paste tree nodes using Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v (Command+c and Command+v on Mac). In the tree select the nodes you want to copy. Press Ctrl+C. Now select the node where you want the nodes to be pasted (nodes will be pasted as the children of the selected nodes). Press Ctrl+V to paste. You can select multiple paste locations. In this case a copy of the nodes will be pasted into each paste location. This is useful when you want to add the same attribute to multiple nodes, for example to group them, to add a known operating system, etc. See also Grouping Hosts and Creating Tree data Templates
